Functional medicine is a patient-centered, root-cause approach to healthcare. It’s ideal for individuals with chronic concerns such as fatigue, hormonal or metabolic imbalances, digestive issues, and those seeking preventive care or wellness optimization.
Yes. While most of my clients are women, I also work with men and offer personalized support for hormone balance, metabolism, digestion, and stress-related issues.
All visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to a patient portal to complete intake forms and manage appointments. During your visit, we’ll review your health history, symptoms, and any available labs to create a personalized plan.
This complimentary call is an opportunity to learn about my functional medicine approach and see if it’s the right fit for your needs.
Note: This is not a medical consultation.
This 60–90 minute telehealth consultation includes an in-depth review of your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle. We’ll identify root causes and begin crafting a personalized plan. Lab testing is usually ordered after this visit and reviewed during your follow-up.
This 45–60 minute visit includes a focused review of recent labs, symptom updates, and progress. We’ll adjust your care plan with updated supplement, prescription, or lifestyle recommendations.
Important: Labs must be completed before this visit. If you need a lab order, email wellness@elarawell.com before booking.
If it’s been more than 9 months since your last visit, this 60–75 minute appointment allows time to reassess your history, labs, and any new concerns.
Important: Please complete labs before booking. Email wellness@elarawell.com for help with ordering.
Follow-ups are typically recommended every 2–6 months, depending on your needs and care plan. Most clients complete updated labs and check in at least twice a year.
I offer both conventional and functional testing, including comprehensive blood panels, hormone evaluations, adrenal and thyroid testing, GI/stool analysis, and nutrient panels. Labs are selected based on your specific symptoms and goals.
ElaraWell is a cash-pay practice. Consultations are not billed through insurance. However, some labs may be eligible for insurance billing through Quest. If you choose this option, you’ll sign a lab consent form acknowledging that ElaraWell is not responsible for denied claims or out-of-network charges. You are responsible for confirming coverage with your insurance provider.
Current pricing is listed on the booking page. A complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call is available to help determine the best place to start. Lab and supplement costs vary and are billed separately based on your personalized care plan.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
For non-urgent questions, email wellness@elarawell.com. I typically respond within 1–2 business days. Please note: ElaraWell does not offer urgent or same-day care.
